Kindergarten Teacher

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities and classroom sessions.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Encourage creativity through storytelling, music, art, play-based learning, and hands-on activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline while promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being.
- Organize classroom resources, learning materials, and student records.

*Required Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in kindergarten, preschool, or primary education is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Creativity, patience, empathy, and strong classroom management skills.

*Preferred Skills:*
- Knowledge of activity-based and experiential learning methodologies.
- Ability to engage children through storytelling, music, games, and creative activities.
- Strong collaboration and parent communication skills.
- Basic computer and digital learning platform proficiency.
