Job Description

will be responsible for leading and scaling

Service vertical across South India. This role will own regional P&L, drive market expansion, strengthen operational excellence, build and manage high-performing teams, and create new revenue channels and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

Drive regional expansion across South India (new cities, workshops, market penetration).
Own regional P&L, revenue targets, and profitability.
Lead end-to-end operations ensuring quality, TAT, and customer experience.
Build and manage high-performing regional teams.
Develop new revenue channels (corporate, fleet, insurance, B2B).
Create and manage strategic partnerships with workshops and ecosystem players.
Improve operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in operations / business leadership.
Background in automotive, mobility, or marketplace businesses.
Proven ability to scale regions, manage P&L, and build teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and data-driven decision-making.
