As a Jewelry Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading overall store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering a premium customer experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate a sales team, uphold brand and visual standards, and build long-term relationships with customers while ensuring smooth day-to-day store functioning.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to consistently achieve sales and service targets.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture within the store.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, staff training, and customer engagement initiatives.
Oversee store inventory, stock accuracy, and replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
Build strong customer relationships to enhance trust, repeat purchases, and brand loyalty.
Ensure the store meets visual merchandising, hygiene, and brand presentation standards at all times.
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders and special requests.
Prepare and submit sales, performance, and operational reports.
Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and security standards.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the jewelry or luxury retail segment.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive sales performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering superior customer experiences.
Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and selling techniques.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as per retail requirements.
