Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting, including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and reports

• Handle GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliances

• Maintain accurate financial records and support audits

• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking

• Manage invoices, payments, payroll support, and cash flow

• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams

• Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial updates to management

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com or CA Inter preferred)

• 2–4 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality
