Job Description

Test Analyst / Automation Engineer (3–8 Years)

We are looking for QA engineers and Test analysts with excellent analytical skills and great English communication (both written and spoken). The candidate needs to be able to extrapolate potential end-user behavior given a certain scenario/parameters, have a sense of curiosity (“what if I do this…”) when testing. The candidate should be detail-oriented and always ready to question one’s own assumptions, as well as that of the developer’s. Needs to be comfortable communicating complex ideas via email and proficient in creating client-ready (IT audience) documentation. Needs to be flexible in testing system, as we may use a variety of modern tools such as Selenium Web Driver, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Jmeter, TestNG etc to carry out functional and load testing and to manage, track test cases and bugs.

Location: Chennai, Bangalore (or Work from Home, Remotely)
Experience Required: QA Test Analysts with 3-8 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute test cases
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
- Track and report defects
- Work closely with development teams

Requirements

- Experience with Selenium, Appium, JMeter, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of QA processes
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA or similar)
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
