- Achieve sales targets for tertiary recharge and gross prepaid
- Drive penetration of DTH and Bank Business as part of the One Airtel agenda
- Establish a strong distribution network to outperform our competition
- Engage with distributors and ensure smooth onboarding of customers
- Extract business opportunities from the assigned territory
- Take ownership of network coverage and quality in the territory
- Train and manage field sales executives, urban and rural promoters
- Analyze MIS reports and take appropriate actions
- Analytical ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ownership mindset to take responsibility for the assigned territory
- Collaboration and influence skills to work effectively with stakeholders
- Learning agility to adapt to changing market dynamics
- Execution excellence to deliver results and meet targets
