As a Territory Manager for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Trade Sales department. Your primary objective is to boost sales, expand our distribution network, and foster long-lasting customer relationships within your assigned territory. This role is pivotal in executing our market coverage and sales strategies to meet and exceed our sales targets.
Responsibilities
As a Territory Manager for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Trade Sales department. Your primary objective is to boost sales, expand our distribution network, and foster long-lasting customer relationships within your assigned territory. This role is pivotal in executing our market coverage and sales strategies to meet and exceed our sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Expand numeric distribution and establish new customer relationships.
- Implement effective market coverage strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Execute sales plans and ensure proper execution of sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
