Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for Fude Developments’ AI-powered applications, learning platforms, and smart management systems. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, managing a pipeline of leads, conducting virtual product demos, and presenting tailored solutions based on client needs. The role involves negotiating pricing and contract terms, tracking sales activities, and meeting or exceeding revenue and commission targets. The associate will collaborate with product and technical teams to understand offerings in detail, prepare proposals, and ensure a smooth handover to implementation teams. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback, and providing insights to improve sales strategies and marketing materials.
Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
  • Experience in consultative selling of software, technology, or digital solutions, ideally in AI, web, or mobile applications.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Comfort working in a remote, commission-based environment, with strong self-motivation, time management, and accountability.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting to track pipeline, activities, and performance metrics.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales is highly beneficial; experience with AI or learning platforms is a plus.
  • Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
