Job Description

As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and expanding our presence in the Indoasian region. You will work closely with government departments, contractors, builders, and panel builders/OEMs to promote our products and services. Your strong communication and presentation skills will be key to securing approvals for our 'Make in Govt' tenders.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for self and channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments, contractors, builders, and panel builders/OEMs.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to secure approvals for our products in government tenders.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to the management on market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our brand and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Engineering Graduate with a specialization in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • MBA Major in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical/digital systems industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a diverse range of clients.
  • Good knowledge of working with government departments and understanding of tender processes.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software for sales and marketing.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
