Role: Territory Manager

What You’ll Own

• Implement effective project management frameworks for residential interior projects
• Manage design and site delivery teams and track performance
• Ensure timely project completion aligned with client needs and quality standards
• Monitor project deliverables, risks, and manage changes/variations
• Drive coordination and collaboration across all stakeholders
• Manage vendors and business partners through project completion
• Track progress and share structured reports with clients and internal teams
• Act as escalation point between client and Livspace to ensure smooth delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Architecture / Interior Design; PG in Project/Construction Management (preferred from Tier 1 institutes).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction / interior fit-outs.
• Strong project management skills with a process-driven approach and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience managing residential, retail, and office interior projects.
• Good understanding of trades, vendors, and subcontractors in interior fit-outs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
