Job Description
🔧 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Bid cum Sales Executive who can manage tendering processes along with driving sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling bids, preparing proposals, and supporting business growth.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and track relevant tenders (GeM / Govt / Private portals)
• Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and technical proposals
• Handle complete tender documentation and compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical inputs, and approvals
• Manage client communication and follow-ups
• Generate leads and support business development activities
• Maintain records of bids, contracts, and sales data
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and responses
🎯 Sales Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support sales team in achieving targets
• Convert leads into business opportunities
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate / MBA preferred
• 2–6 years of experience in tendering / bidding & sales
• Knowledge of GeM portal, E-procurement, Govt tenders
• Strong skills in MS Excel, documentation & proposal drafting
• Good communication & negotiation skills
