Tender & Government Projects Manager

As part of our expansion into Government & PSU projects, we are building a dedicated Tender & Public Sector Projects division to participate in high-value opportunities across Railways, Defence, Banking, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors.

We are looking for a driven professional who can lead the tender lifecycle and support strategic bidding for large government projects.

Role Description

The role involves identifying, evaluating, and managing government tenders related to event management, production services, manpower services, and large public events.

This position will play a critical role in securing multi-crore projects and expanding the company’s presence in the public sector ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Government Tender Tracking:

• Identify and track relevant tenders across portals such as:

• GeM Portal

• Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP)

• State Government Tender Portals

• PSU procurement portals

• Maintain a structured Tender Tracker and opportunity pipeline.

Bid Preparation & Submission:

• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids in compliance with tender requirements.

• Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with eligibility criteria.

Tender Documentation & Compliance

Manage documentation including:

• Company registration documents

• GST, PAN, ISO certificates

• Experience certificates

• Financial statements

• Client completion certificates

• Legal declarations and compliance forms

Financial Bid Coordination

• Work closely with management and production teams to prepare BOQ and cost estimates.

• Coordinate vendor quotations for:

• Stage production

• LED walls

• Lighting & sound

• Event infrastructure

• Manpower deployment

EMD & Contract Compliance

• Manage Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) processes

• Coordinate bank guarantees, demand drafts, and refund tracking

• Ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Pre-Bid Meetings & Clarifications

• Participate in pre-bid meetings

• Communicate with government departments to clarify tender requirements.

Strategic Tender Analysis

• Evaluate tender feasibility and recommend priority bids

• Improve bid success rate through strong documentation and technical proposals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Government Relations and dealing with Local Government agencies
• Strong Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Well-developed Analytical Skills, with attention to detail for tender documentation
• Understanding of Public Sector operations and processes
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Experience in managing government tenders or relevant projects is highly preferred
• Educational qualification in Business Management, Public Administration, or a related field

✔ Strong knowledge of Government Tendering Process

✔ Experience with GeM / CPPP / PSU Tender Portals

✔ Understanding of QCBS and L1 bidding models

✔ Strong documentation and compliance skills

✔ Excellent coordination and project management abilities
