Job Description: Telesales Manager/Lead- Sales Support

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Manager to lead our outbound call centre operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales conversions through high-volume outbound calling, managing a team of tele sales representatives, and overseeing the administrative support functions that keep our sales zones running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

1. Telesales Management

  • Achieve assigned conversion ratios.
  • Analysing the daily call management of tele sales representatives, ensuring high volume and quality for all outbound calls.
  • Drive the team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Provide active coaching and guidance to representatives to refine their sales pitch and objection-handling skills.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to non-active retailers to generate orders and drive revenue.
  • Promote ongoing schemes, new product launches, and offers to Retailers
  • Maintain strong Retailer relationships and ensure repeat business.



2. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Lead the sales coordinators to ensure the sales team has strong support backing required to focus on sales growth.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex queries or internal bottlenecks to ensure a seamless sales flow.
  • Ensuring the compliance on scheduled AJPs (Advance Journey Plan for all Sales managers) leading to business goals
  • Oversee "Trouble tickets" data management across all sales zones to ensure sales team works on SOP without fail.
  • Support the internal team in all processes to reach the maximum productivity resulting in smooth function of Front end sales team.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team, distributors, and internal departments for order processing and execution.


3. SFA Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure 100% usage and adherence to the SFA (Sales Force Automation) system.
  • Accurately capture orders, customer interactions, and daily activities in SFA.
  • Monitor data accuracy, reporting hygiene, and timely updates in the system.
  • Track KPIs through SFA dashboards and share periodic reports with management.


4. Reports:

  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to telesales performance.
  • Track call metrics such as number of calls per day, connection rate, and productivity per agent.
  • Monitor and evaluate query handling reports to ensure timely resolution and quality service.
  • Conduct conversion analysis (lead-to-sale ratio, funnel analysis) to identify improvement areas.
  • Generate performance dashboards for management review, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting discipline, and adherence to defined KPIs across the team


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 6–7 years of experience in telesales conversions & sales coordination, with proven team management exposure.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes, lead management, and conversion strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with hands-on experience in MIS reporting and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards preferred.


Educational Qualification

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration (or any related field.
  • Candidates with specialization in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.


Salary – 6LPA + Incentives
