Position: Sales Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing & Business Development
Location: Head Office
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Qualification: MBA / B.tech
Job Summary
Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, billing support, documentation, and day-to-day marketing activities.This role offers practical exposure to marketing operations, customer relationship management, and business development in the fields of IT Infrastructure, Electrical, Civil, MEP, ICT, Renewable Energy, and Government Projects.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development
● Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, databases, and market research.
● Identify prospective clients and support business development initiatives.
● Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials.
● Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team for follow-ups and client meetings.
Client Coordination
● Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and business inquiries.
● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
● Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and maintain follow-up records.
Billing & Documentation
● Assist in preparing invoices, billing records, and related documentation.
● Maintain billing trackers and ensure timely submission of documents.
● Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding billing and payment follow-ups.
Data Management & Reporting
● Maintain customer databases and lead management records.
● Update CRM/Excel trackers with lead status and customer interactions.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Administrative Support
● Maintain proper documentation of proposals, quotations, and correspondence.
● Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
● Support the team in organizing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Key Skills

● Basic knowledge of marketing and business development
● Strong coordination and follow-up skills
● MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
● Data management and documentation
● Time management and organizational skills
