Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Thanjavur. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients via phone, understanding their needs, and promoting the center's services. Key responsibilities include lead generation, maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer support, and achieving sales targets by following up with leads and converting them into clients. The successful candidate will also play a key role in maintaining a positive and professional brand image.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for engaging with clients through phone calls and providing clear and concise information.
• Experience in Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to promote services and convert leads into clients.
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and address their concerns effectively.
• Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales and performance targets.
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and customer management systems.
• Knowledge of the home care or service industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or fail.
• Motivation, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this role.
