Job Summary

We are hiring a Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience to support our EV 2-wheeler operations. The candidate must be soft-spoken, have excellent communication skills, and be able to professionally handle interactions with both customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to customers and dealers.
• Provide clear and accurate product-related information about EV 2-wheelers.
• Coordinate with dealers for sales follow-ups, documentation, and queries.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related follow-ups.
• Maintain proper call logs, follow-up records, and CRM updates.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to support operations.
• Achieve daily calling targets and ensure timely communication.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and dealers.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Soft-spoken, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle customers and dealers with patience and professionalism.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
• Ability to multitask and meet daily targets.
• Willingness to work with dedication and learn about EV 2-wheeler products.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (must).
• 1–2 years of tele calling/customer service experience.
• Experience in automotive/EV industry (added advantage).
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali required.
