Architect (2-3 Yrs Exp.)

Interior Architect (2-3 Yrs Exp.)

Qualifications

• Space Planning, Architectural expertise and Interior Design.
• Design, drawings development and project oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of Work Experience in Architectural & Interior design industry, preferably in Institutional, Commercial & Retail.
• Proficiency in Software such as Revit, Sketchup, etc.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, architectural & interior details for execution drawings.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Drive Innovative thinking, consistently finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Take ownership to deliver end-to-end projects.
• Lead design and its development process that includes concept design, design development, working drawing with details for architecture and interior projects.
• Able to understand and create BOQs to assist the team.
• Collaborate seamlessly with teams, contractors, consultants to achieve project goals.
• Documentation of project details and resources.
• Leadership skills to motivate & lead the team.
