Job Description
1. High-Volume Outreach & Lead Qualification Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers across your assigned districts to explain the benefits of switching to solar. You will be responsible for qualifying interest and moving leads through the SolarX sales funnel.
2. Script Mastery & Persuasion Utilize and master the structured SolarX sales scripts to handle objections and communicate our competitive benefits effectively. You must be able to sell the "opportunity" of solar energy, not just the technical product.
3. Appointment Setting & Funnel Management Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule in-person consultations for qualified leads. You will be the primary point of contact for keeping candidates and customers engaged through consistent WhatsApp and phone follow-ups.
4. Performance Tracking & KPI Achievement Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and scheduled appointments. Success in this role is measured by your ability to minimize "leaks" in the sales process.
5. Professional Brand Ambassadorship Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor as the first point of contact for SolarX. You will represent our mission of "Empowering a Greener Tomorrow" while maintaining organized records of all interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
