Job Description

Talentiser is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth. He /She will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes and enhance team efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.



Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
