Business Development Executive

Location: Mani Casadona, Rajarhat, Kolkata (On-site)

Experience: 0–1 Year

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (11:00 AM – 8:15 PM)


About the Role

AI Academia is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client communication, lead generation, and driving business growth in the education and AI solutions space.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective business strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels (online/offline).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation

  • First 4 Months (Probation): ₹14,000 – ₹16,000/month (Stipend)
  • Post Probation: ₹5 LPA (₹3.5 LPA Fixed + ₹1.5 LPA Incentives & Variables)
