Job Description

Position: Labor, Employment & Immigration Law - AI Trainer

Type: Part-time; Paid per task

Compensation: $50-$150/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Train AI models by analyzing, evaluating, and curating labor, employment, and immigration law content.
  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and contextual relevance of AI-generated legal outputs.
  • Review, draft, and annotate employment contracts, workplace policies, visa petitions, and compliance documents for AI training.
  • Advise on workplace disputes, compliance issues, and immigration scenarios to improve AI reasoning.
  • Collaborate with AI developers and data scientists to identify legal requirements and contextual nuances.
  • Develop legal use cases, test datasets, and scenario-based training modules.
  • Provide feedback to continuously improve AI performance and user experience.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Labor, Employment & Immigration Law Attorney with demonstrated practical experience.
  • Deep regulatory and statutory expertise, including FLSA, ADA, Title VII, NLRA, USCIS, INA, and DOL requirements.
  • Strong ability to assess complex legal cases and navigate multi-jurisdictional issues.
  • Expertise in drafting employment contracts, workplace policies, and immigration documentation.
  • Experience in negotiation, advocacy, mediations, hearings, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented approach.
