Role Description This is a full-time Telecaller role based on-site in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform potential customers about building automation solutions, answer basic product and service queries, and capture lead details accurately. Responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer information in internal systems, and following up with prospects as directed by the sales team. The role involves coordinating with sales and technical staff to schedule appointments or product demonstrations, and adhering to call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style. The Telecaller is expected to meet daily and weekly call targets and contribute feedback on customer responses to help improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati and English, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
  • Basic computer literacy, including the ability to work with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or call-logging software.
  • Customer service orientation, with the ability to listen actively, respond politely, and handle basic objections.
  • Organizational skills to manage call volumes, maintain accurate records, and follow up within agreed timelines.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with sales and operations teams.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Interest in building automation, technology solutions, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; additional coursework in communication or marketing is a plus.
