• Telecaller Executive– Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic (Mediglo Clinic)
• Location: A1 - 243, 2nd and 3rd Floor, Golf Course Rd, near Gurugram Public School, Sector 55, Gurugram, Haryana 122011
• Experience: 1–3 years (mandatory in aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium wellness clinic)
• Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days a Week | Day Shift
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives

Mediglo is a doctor-led luxury aesthetics, wellness, and longevity clinic on Golf Course Road, Gurugram, founded by Dr. Jaspreet Kour (Chief Dermatologist & Trichologist). We cater to an HNI clientele seeking advanced dermatology, aesthetic, and biohacking treatments delivered with clinical credibility and concierge-level service.

We are hiring a Telecaller who already understands this world, someone who has spoken to clients about facials, lasers, injectables, hair, or IV drips and knows how to handle premium enquiries with confidence and discretion.

Whom We’re Looking For

This is not a fresher role. The right candidate has worked the phones at an aesthetic clinic, dermatology practice, cosmetic centre, hair clinic, or luxury wellness brand and understands:

• The vocabulary of treatments (facials, lasers, skin boosters, hair treatments, IV therapy, body contouring)
• How to qualify a lead, handle price objections, and convert an enquiry into a consultation
• The tone required for HNI clients — warm, informed, never pushy
• The pace and discipline of a clinic environment — CRM updates, follow-ups, doctor coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from Meta, Google, Instagram, and WhatsApp with product knowledge and confidence
• Make outbound calls to leads, past clients, and follow-up databases
• Explain treatments accurately, including aesthetics, dermatology, trichology, IV drips, longevity, and bridal services, within ad-compliant and ethical boundaries
• Book and confirm consultations with Dr. Jaspreet Kour and the clinical team
• Maintain accurate, daily CRM entries (Kylas / equivalent) and follow-up schedules
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front-desk staff for smooth patient flow
• Re-engage cold leads and reactivate lapsed clients through structured follow-ups
• Hit daily call volume and monthly conversion targets

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of telecalling experience at an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, cosmetic surgery centre, hair/trichology clinic, IV drip lounge, or premium wellness brand (mandatory)
• Fluent English and Hindi; clear, polished phone presence
• Working knowledge of treatments offered in aesthetic and wellness clinics
• Hands-on with CRM tools (Kylas, LeadSquared, Zoho, TeleCRM, or similar), Excel, and Google Sheets
• Strong objection handling and consultative selling instincts
• Discretion and professionalism in handling patient information

Preferred

• Existing familiarity with brands/equipment such as Dermapen, Morpheus 8, Alma Soprano, Q-Switch lasers, BTL Exion, HIFU, or similar
• Exposure to HNI clientele in Gurugram / South Delhi
• Understanding of bridal, longevity, or biohacking verticals

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹22,000 – ₹32,000/month base + performance incentives on conversions
