Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Mohali. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with property inquiries, rental options, and service-related questions. Daily tasks include explaining property details, updating customer records, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to support the rental process. The role also involves addressing customer concerns, maintaining call quality standards, and meeting call and conversion targets while providing a courteous and professional experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently over the phone.
• Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with call logs, CRM tools, and data entry.
• Candidates should possess time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Relevant experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh during regular business hours.
• Comfort with the real estate or rental market and local area knowledge in and around Chandigarh is an added advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
