Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role, based in Bengaluru. The Telecaller will engage in daily activities such as reaching out to potential students, explaining the programs offered by HCMX, and addressing inquiries. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of calls and leads, following up with prospective candidates, and supporting the admissions team with data coordination activities. The role involves fostering positive engagement with leads to enhance enrollment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and additional local languages is a plus
• Good interpersonal and persuasion abilities to build relationships with prospective students
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of educational programs or an interest in the education sector
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and meet target
