Telecaller Executive – (Gwalior)

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team at Writence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage clients professionally. This role involves handling client calls, promoting our educational and content-related services, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Explain Writence’s services clearly and professionally.
• Convert leads into clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain call logs and customer records accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication).
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an added advantage.
