Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

Cityplots is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate quality leads for our real estate projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, lead generation, budget optimization, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL).

Lead Generation

• Generate qualified leads for land and plot sales.
• Design and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page strategies.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust targeting, budget, and creatives.

Performance Optimization

• Track ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads and audiences.
• Improve campaign performance through data-driven decisions.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
• Provide weekly and monthly campaign reports.
• Suggest strategies to improve lead volume and quality.

Coordination

• Work with the sales team to understand lead quality and campaign improvements.
• Coordinate with designers for ad creatives and landing pages.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of lead generation campaigns.
• Understanding of real estate digital marketing (preferred).
• Experience with Google Analytics and tracking tools.
• Ability to manage ₹50K – ₹5L monthly ad budgets.

Experience

• 2–5 years experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
