Job Description
As a Tele Caller - Customer Acquisition, you will engage with pre-generated leads received from digital marketing platforms, channel partners (MFDs/brokers), and offline marketing initiatives. Your goal is to educate prospects about Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) and convert qualified leads into customers.

- Connect with inbound leads and explain loan offerings clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up consistently to close leads and meet conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
- Experience: 1-4 years.
- Education: Any graduate.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions.
- Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided).
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
