This is an outbound telecalling and admissions sales role, not a customer support role.
You will be expected to:
- Make 100–120 outbound calls every day.
- Follow up with prospective students.
- Convert leads into enrollments.
- Work towards daily and monthly admission targets.

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Telecaller Executives to counsel prospective students and convert qualified leads into enrollments for our training and internship programs.

- Contact prospective students through outbound calls.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course features, internship opportunities, certifications, fees, and placement assistance.
- Handle student queries professionally and build trust.
- Follow up through phone calls and WhatsApp until conversion.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable making 100–120 outbound calls per day.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, or CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Education Counseling, BPO, Customer Support, Banking, or Insurance Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.
