Telecaller Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents who have shown interest in study abroad or test preparation services

• Explain Bluesky Education’s services clearly and politely

• Understand student requirements and share accurate information about counselling sessions, exams, and

processes

• Schedule counselling appointments and follow up on leads

• Maintain call records and update student details regularly

• Coordinate with counsellors and the admissions team for smooth handovers

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali

• Pleasant speaking voice and a polite, professional approach

• Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM or spreadsheets

• Ability to handle student queries patiently and responsibly

• Prior experience in telecalling or education counselling will be an advantage
