Key Deliverables

•       Interact with clients and take care of product support activities.

•       Handle Incident tickets and Change Request.

•       Database Maintenance and SQL Query Optimization.

•       Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot and debug issues, and ensure resolution with detailed root cause analysis. 

Skills

•       Good communication in English – Written (Email) & Verbal.

•       Good Analytical skills

•       Technical skills - Java Script, jQuery, MS SQL server, ASP. Net 

Eligibility

•       Undergraduate Qualification: B.E / B. Tech IT (Any Stream) 

•       Minimum Marks required in UG: 70 % or 7 CGPA without backlogs 

•       Minimum Marks required in XII: 70%  

•       Minimum Marks required in X: 70% 

Employment Terms 

You will be onboarded as an Intern for a period of 6 months with a stipend of Rs. 16,723 per month (TDS applicable). On successful completion of internship with good performance, feedback and based on business needs, you will be absorbed as a permanent employee as deemed fit with an annual CTC of Rs 4.5 LPA (3.5 LPA (Fixed)+1 LPA (Performance Incentive)).  

Note: You must be flexible to work in rotational and weekend shifts, including early (5:30 AM–3:30 PM), general (9:00 AM–6:30 PM), and night shifts (8:30 PM–5:30 AM). Early shifts are assigned for one week each month, and night shifts for one month every 3 months. Shift allowances are provided: ₹350 for night and early shifts, and ₹250 for weekend shifts. Shift Schedules will be determined based on business requirements.
