Role Overview
For our People Development Operations Team, we are looking for a motivated HR Junior Specialist to join a global HR team supporting training and development activities. This role focuses on training administration, coordination, and on-site support, while also assisting with a variety of HR-related administrative tasks. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is well-organized, communicative, and eager to grow in an international HR environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for training and development programs
- Coordinate training logistics, including schedules, participants, trainers, and materials
- Support on-site training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and participant support
- Maintain and update training records, documentation, and reports
- Communicate with internal stakeholders across regions regarding training activities
- Support global HR and training teams with day-to-day coordination task. Assist with general HR administrative activities as needed
- Previous experience in HR, training administration, or coordination roles
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS). Interest in HR development and learning & development topics
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities, with attention to detail
- High level of personal culture, professionalism, and collaboration
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team
- Proactive attitude and willingness to support others
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
