Telecaller – Admissions

Location: JIMS Vasant Kunj-II, New Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle admission-related enquiries, counsel prospective students, and generate admissions through effective follow-up. The candidate should possess good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students.
• Handle admission enquiries and provide course information.
• Follow up with leads and schedule counselling sessions/campus visits.
• Maintain records of calls and enquiries.
• Coordinate with the Admissions Team to achieve admission targets.

Eligibility:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Freshers may also apply.
