About the Role

Doctorials Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller – Admissions Executive to generate qualified leads, counsel prospective students, and support the admissions process for our Healthcare Management programmes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students using the provided database.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling and referrals.
  • Qualify enquiries and identify prospective candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential students.

Student Counselling

  • Explain the programme, eligibility, benefits, curriculum, and career opportunities.
  • Understand students' educational background and career goals.
  • Address queries and objections professionally.
  • Guide students through the admission process.

Follow-up & Conversion

  • Conduct timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Maintain regular communication until enrollment is completed.

CRM & Reporting

  • Update all lead interactions in the CRM or lead management system.
  • Track enquiry status, follow-up schedules, and admission progress.
  • Submit daily and weekly performance reports.


Desired Candidate qualification


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, admissions, counselling, inside sales, or customer support.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with admission targets and KPIs.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
