Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Calling Executive at our Gurugram campus. The Tele-Calling Executive will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing them with information about the university's courses and programs, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the application process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of communication, following up with prospective candidates, and collaborating with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain professionalism during interactions.
• Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the education industry and an understanding of academic programs is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Hindi and/or other regional languages is an asset.
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
