You'll play a critical role in enabling senior leadership to operate at their highest capacity. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as operations, communications, and finance), manage complex schedules and travel arrangements, and ensure the seamless coordination of key initiatives.
You’ll specifically take care of optimizing the executive’s time and priorities, but also act as a trusted liaison between internal and external stakeholders.

We’ll look to you for:
- Managing complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic & international)
- Anticipating needs and proactively identifying priorities, conflicts, and required preparations
- Preparing agendas, talking points, and briefing documents for meetings and events
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and leadership events
- Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Drafting and reviewing communication, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive
- Facilitating smooth cross-functional collaboration across departments
- Tracking progress of strategic initiatives and providing status reports
- Maintaining efficient filing, documentation, and record-keeping systems
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (regional or global exposure preferred)
- Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments
- Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High proficiency with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Professional discretion and trustworthiness
- Empathy and emotional intelligence
- Proactive and self-driven approach
- High adaptability and resilience
