Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Strategy Director. The Strategy Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals. Primary responsibilities include conducting in-depth market analysis, leading consulting initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and offering guidance to senior management. The role will require cross-functional collaboration, preparation of analytical reports, and effective communication of strategic insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• Expertise in Strategic Planning and Business Strategy to drive organizational growth and innovation
• Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting, with the ability to advise and guide on business operations and objectives
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience navigating remote work environments with a collaborative and proactive approach
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
