Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller (Sales) role based in Noida. The Tele Caller will contact potential and existing clients by phone to introduce commercial leasing solutions, explain available office space options, and generate qualified leads. Daily responsibilities include managing outgoing and incoming calls, maintaining accurate records of conversations in CRM or internal systems, and following up on leads to move prospects through the sales pipeline. The role involves coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings, share client requirements, and support closure of leasing deals. The Tele Caller is expected to meet call targets and conversion goals while delivering professional, customer-focused communication.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills and clear telephone etiquette, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Sales and persuasion abilities, including lead generation, basic negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing accurate information.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple calls and follow-ups.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is preferred, ideally in real estate or commercial leasing.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating with local sales and operations teams.
