We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele caller – Reservations & Sales to handle booking inquiries, support sales conversions, and deliver exceptional client service.


Job Summary

The Tele caller will be responsible for managing reservation inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a service-oriented mindset.


Key Responsibilities

📞 Reservations & Sales

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for booking inquiries
  • Explain wellness programs, retreat packages, and pricing details
  • Upsell relevant packages and services to maximize revenue
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations
  • Coordinate with operations team for room and treatment availability


🤝 Customer Service

  • Answer guest queries regarding amenities, therapies, facilities, and policies
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate when required
  • Provide accurate and timely information via calls and emails
  • Maintain positive guest relationships


📧 Communication & Follow-Ups

  • Draft professional emails for quotations, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain proper records of leads and booking status
  • Follow up with potential clients to increase conversion rate


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling / reservations / hospitality sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in email drafting and follow-up communication


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or hotel industry
  • Experience handling booking software or CRM tools
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach
