Human Resources Executive

Role Description

We're looking for a full-time Human Resources Executive to join our team on-site in Kolkata. In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end talent acquisition, day-to-day HR operations, and policy implementation — while playing a key part in building a workplace where people genuinely thrive. You'll be the go-to person for employee concerns, compliance, and creating processes that keep the organization running smoothly.

• Hands-on experience managing core HR functions — recruitment, on-boarding, and performance evaluations.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
