Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing core HR functions, including recruitment, documentation, payroll coordination, and attendance management. This role acts as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, people-friendly, and capable of managing multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Conduct telephonic HR screening rounds and assist in salary discussions when required.
- Handle onboarding formalities - offer letters, documentation and HRMS updates.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leaves, and coordinate payroll-related inputs with the HR Manager.
- Maintain and update HRMS / employee database on a regular basis.
- Prepare HR-related reports: hiring status, attrition, attendance summaries, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, process standards, and HR best practices.
- Complete exposure to all HR functions - recruitment, payroll, performance.
- HR documentation, compliance processes, and professional communication standards.
- Handling live employee situations and applying practical HR learning.
- 1 -3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Good understanding of HRMS tools and documentation processes.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset, ownership attitude, and team collaboration skills.
