Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Serilingampalli for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will oversee the daily operations of the human resources department, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, handling recruitment processes, managing onboarding and training, and addressing employee concerns to support a healthy work environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with management to align HR activities with the company’s goals.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and understanding of Human Resources best practices
- Strong skills in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management
- Experience in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
- Competence in developing and implementing HR Policies and procedures
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site setting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is an advantage
