With partnerships spanning 22 universities across 9 countries, the organization has successfully placed over 900 students, fostering their educational and professional growth. futureMBBS is committed to providing reliable guidance and assistance to make international medical education accessible and rewarding.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, providing detailed information about MBBS programs and admission processes, maintaining a record of potential leads, and addressing inquiries. Additional tasks include guiding prospective students through application procedures and following up to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Strong listening and interpersonal abilities to understand customer requirements
- Basic data entry and record management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle objections and remain patient and professional in all interactions
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related role is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
