This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, providing detailed information about MBBS programs and admission processes, maintaining a record of potential leads, and addressing inquiries. Additional tasks include guiding prospective students through application procedures and following up to ensure a smooth admission process.

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Strong listening and interpersonal abilities to understand customer requirements
• Basic data entry and record management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle objections and remain patient and professional in all interactions
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related role is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous
• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
