Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Techno Commercial Executive, based in Chennai. The role requires managing both technical and commercial activities, including interfacing with clients, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring smooth project execution. Daily tasks will include customer communication, following up on inquiries, generating business leads, and managing commercial aspects to achieve sales and service goals. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Commercial and Commercial Management to handle sales and manage business opportunities effectively.
• Strong skills in Following Up and ensuring timely responses to inquiries and project updates.
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and coordination with technical teams.
• Experience in Customer Service to address client needs and deliver exceptional support promptly.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering.
• Experience in the biometric or security solution domain is an added advantage.
