Job Title: Technician Maintenance

Location: Rewari, Gurgaon

What You Will Get

The Shift Mechanic plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth mechanical functioning of HCM sections during operations. The role exists to minimize downtime, perform troubleshooting on mechanical and capsule-quality issues, and maintain machines in optimal running condition throughout shifts. This position supports continuous manufacturing by quickly resolving STAS code stoppages, capsule defects, and mechanical breakdowns.

What You Will Do

• Ensure all HCM machines remain in good running condition during shifts through timely mechanical interventions.
• Troubleshoot STAS codes and mechanical issues to minimize production stoppages.
• Diagnose and correct capsule quality concerns (scrape holes, bad join, length issues).
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance during dish-wash and short maintenance windows.
• Conduct length checks and accurately record measurements in GMS.
• Complete all required documentation as per GMP/GDP procedures.
• Follow EHS and LOTO standards consistently to ensure safe machine operation.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education: ITI in Mechanical Trade
• Experience : 2–6 years of experience in HCM maintenance with advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge of HCM sections and machine operations.
• Troubleshooting experience with STAS codes.
• Hands‑on mechanical maintenance capability.
• Language - Required: English, Hindi (Business Fluent).
• Skilled in identifying and correcting capsule defects.
