We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to diagnose complex issues and bridge the gap between our customers and engineering. Join us to solve challenging technical problems and drive actionable product improvements.


🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

  • Act as the first technical point of contact for consumer device users and enterprise platform users.
  • Reproduce, diagnose, and isolate issues across device, app, connectivity, accounts, and the enterprise platform.
  • Perform root cause analysis using logs, dashboards, API responses, and basic Python scripting.
  • Speak directly with customers on technical issues. Translate what the customer reports into what engineering needs.
  • Escalate to engineering with clear, reproducible reports that can be actioned as tickets without back-and-forth.
  • Write and run small scripts to speed up diagnosis and automate repetitive triage.
  • Track recurring issues, surface patterns to product and engineering, and maintain internal runbooks and known-issue docs.


✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂

  • 1–3 years in technical support, product or application support, or a junior engineering/SRE-adjacent role.
  • Working knowledge of Python: reads code, writes small scripts, queries data.
  • Comfortable reading logs and API responses to isolate root cause.
  • Strong written and spoken English. Explains technical issues clearly to both customers and engineers.
  • Structured problem solver who finds root cause before escalating.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup with incomplete documentation.
