What You'll Do

• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for modern web applications.
• Build and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks.
• Automate Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, Sanity, and End-to-End testing.
• Collaborate with developers during feature design to prevent defects early through Shift-Left Quality Engineering.
• Build quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate APIs, databases, workflows, and distributed systems.
• Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Continuously improve test coverage, execution speed, and release confidence.
• Work directly with customers when required to understand real-world scenarios.
• Use AI extensively to improve productivity, automation, and software quality.
• Ship fast without compromising quality.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
• Strong experience in API Testing and API Automation using REST APIs and Postman.
• Hands-on experience with UI Automation using Playwright or Selenium.
• Good programming skills in Python, or TypeScript for automation development.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in Database Testing, data validation, and backend verification.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira or Zoho.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and minimal supervision.
• Passion for building automation instead of repetitive manual testing.

AI-Driven Quality Engineering
