Experience: 2–6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech / MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Specialist (Technical) – Field to drive revenue growth by managing field sales activities, providing technical consultations, and building strong relationships with customers across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits
  • Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, engineering, and support teams
  • Provide post-sales support during implementation when required
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Strong technical understanding of products/solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven field sales and account management experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B technical sales
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Exposure to industries such as IT, Industrial Automation, Telecom, Energy etc.,

KPIs(key performance indicator)/ Success Metrics

  • Revenue achievement vs target
  • Number of qualified opportunities created
  • Customer satisfaction and retention
