Client Engagement & Solutioning

Lead and support client meetings, discovery workshops, pilot engagements, and technical discussions in collaboration with the sales team
Develop a thorough understanding of client workflows, construction planning practices, reporting challenges, and digital maturity levels
Design and deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that clearly map VisiLean’s capabilities to client-specific use cases
Craft solution approaches aligned to project controls, scheduling, execution tracking, and cross-team collaboration requirements. Pre-Sales Execution
Prepare solution notes, compelling presentations, proposals, and structured responses to RFIs and RFPs
Lead or support Proof-of-Concept (POC) and pilot engagements, ensuring clear value articulation throughout
Act as the primary techno-functional resource for the sales team during the full sales cycle
Proactively identify capability gaps and coordinate with the Product team to ensure accurate and credible solution positioning Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent messaging
Build and sustain strong working relationships with client stakeholders across technical and business functions
Represent VisiLean with professionalism and subject-matter authority in client-facing situations.
