Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Executive, based in Coimbatore with flexibility for some remote work. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing market plans, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities to enhance visibility and competitiveness. The role includes a combination of strategic and hands-on work such as managing marketing activities, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall sales and promotional goals of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and develop actionable strategies
• Strong Communication and Marketing skills to effectively convey messages and campaigns
• Experience in Sales and understanding of customer needs and sales techniques
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing both in-office and remote tasks efficiently
• Analytical thinking and creativity to identify new opportunities in competitive markets
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
